Which OnePlus smartphones are getting Android 12 this spring

Only two models this spring were able to receive the update to Android 12 from OnePlus. If you use OnePlus Nord 2 5G and OnePlus Nord smartphones, then you will love this news :)

OnePlus Nord 2 5G receives a 4.89 GB stable firmware, which includes the new Android 12 interface, improvements and bug fixes, the May security patch. In India, users have already started receiving this update with version DN2101_11.C.04. Within the next days or weeks, if there are no critical errors, the geography of availability will expand to other regions.

OnePlus Nord is also receiving its stable version of the firmware with the OxygenOS 12 interface based on Android 12. It is known that it is available for users from India. The European version is still in the process of being approved and will probably soon be released to the public as well. The volume of the version is 4 GB. It includes the April security patch and fixes for known software bugs (e.g. Camera app crashes incorrectly in portrait mode, screen freezes and crashes in various scenarios when making calls, etc.)

Both smartphones are receiving this update over the air (OTA). If you do not receive a notification that a new version of the software is available, then try to manually check for it in the Settings > Software update menu.
